Your first appointment is all about understanding you and your health goals. We'll begin by discussing your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and any concerns you have.  Your chiropractor will then perform a thorough spinal, orthopaedic, and postural assessment. If clinically indicated, digital X-rays may be recommended to help us better understand your condition.  Before you leave, we'll explain the next steps and arrange a follow-up Report of Findings where we'll discuss your results, diagnosis, and personalised care recommendations.
