Cliniko — Our patient management system used for Appointment scheduling, Clinical records, Patient communications. Cliniko stores date within Australia.

GoHighLevel — Used to manage marketing communications and patient engagement. The clinic periodically reviews GoHighLevel's current data hosting arrangements to ensure they remain appropriate. 
Associate practitioners — Authorised chiropractors working within the clinic may your records where necessary to provide your care. Access is restricted to healthcare professionals who require the information to perform their duties.
Insurance companies — Where necessary, information may be shared with insures for Claims processing, Verification of treatment, and Payment administration. We will only provide information reasonable necessary for these purposes unless otherwise required by law or authorised by you.
