Appointments may be made online, by phone, or in person.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for any required paperwork.
Occasionally we may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and arrange an alternative appointment.

Payment is required at the time your appointment is completed unless another arrangement has been agreed.
We accept: Cash, Stripe (online payments), Eligible private health insurance claims
Any outstanding accounts must be paid before further treatment may be provided unless otherwise agreed.
Unless otherwise stated, advertised promotional offers apply to new patients only, are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour's notice, or appointments that are missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee. Any applicable fee may be charged to your nominated payment method or be payable before a future appointment can be booked.
We understand emergencies can occur and reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

Before treatment begins, we will explain the proposed care, expected benefits, potential risks and available alternatives.
Treatment will only proceed with your informed consent. You may ask questions at any time and may withdraw your consent before or during treatment.

All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, photographs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to APEX. Chiro Gregory Hills.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Chiropractic care involves recognised benefits as well as potential risks. These risks will be discussed with you before treatment and form part of the informed consent process.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by a patient, a patient's failure to follow clinical advice, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our services are not intended to replace emergency medical care or ongoing care provided by your general practitioner or other healthcare professionals.
Individual treatment outcomes vary and no guarantee or warranty is made regarding the results of chiropractic care.

Patients under 18 years of age must generally attend with a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise permitted by law. A parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent to assessment and treatment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
